Description
Project support internship for Submission Management in Regulatory Operations
Are you studying for your bachelor’s or Master’s degree and do you want practical experience with project support in Novo Nordisk? Then you might be the new intern we are looking for in Submission Management.
Internship Period: 6 months
Working hours: Full time (min. 18 to max. 37 hours a week)
Start date: 1 January 2019
Payment: Internship is remunerated, if your educational track allows
Work permit: A Danish full time work permit is required to be a successful applicant.
About the department
You will get the opportunity to join a high performing team responsible for supporting the growing number of global submissions to health authorities. The Submission Management department is situated in Søborg, Denmark. We are a group of people that work in close collaboration with our sister departments in the USA and India supporting the organisation with submission compilation for clinical trial applications and marketing authorisation applications as well as with publishing, archiving services and regulatory management systems.
The internship
You will support our departments for the submission projects and activities involving affiliates worldwide. In this role you will create presentations to ensure timely and clear information to the organisation, you will monitor ongoing and planned activities to enable forecasting of future activities and workload.
You will work with excel and other business analytics tools such as Qlik Sense, contributing to high quality reports.
Qualifications
We are looking for an intern who is passionate about data analytics and good at communication.
You are currently studying for your bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Business Administration or another relevant field. Strong skills in data analytics (Excel) are preferred.
Experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Qlik Sense) is an advantage.
We expect candidates to have a high quality mindset, be service minded and bring a can-do attitude. Fluency in both oral and written English, excellent communication, ability to manage several tasks in parallel and excellent interpersonal skills are required.
You are an outgoing person with a strong personal drive and dedication.

In addition, you thrive in a busy environment even when the pressure is high.
